Welcome to Tweetel. By downloading, installing, or using the Tweetel browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

Tweetel is a local browser tool designed to help you search and organize the accounts you follow or are followed by on X (formerly Twitter). You agree to use the Extension only for your personal, non-commercial use, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Tweetel interacts directly with the DOM of the X.com / Twitter.com website while you are logged in. The Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

By using the Extension, you acknowledge that you are subject to X's own Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Extension complies with X's platform policies regarding automated data collection and account behavior. We are not responsible for any account limitations, suspensions, or bans resulting from your use of the Extension.

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will:

• Function uninterrupted or be error-free.
• Remain compatible with future updates to the X/Twitter website interface.
• Perfectly capture every single account due to the nature of web scraping and dynamic DOM rendering.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the developer(s) of Tweetel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to your X account, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you acknowledge that all data scraped from X/Twitter is stored locally on your device and is your sole responsibility to manage and secure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
